Dr Evans has specially formulated this base to infuse the nail with antioxidants, 5 Botanicals, biotin, and Undecylenic Acid to support stronger, healthier appearing nails.  Our base coat can harden and stimulate nail growth and helps create  a smooth flawless finish. Contains: Undecylenic Acid, Biotin, Vitamins A, B5, C, E, and F. Use as a Treatment: Apply 2 coats, twice a week to increase all benefits.
